Saat ini, SIT Insantama saat ini memiliki sembilan cabang yang tersebar di sembilan kota se-Indonesia. Cabang-cabang Insantama tumbuh karena kesadaran dari orang tua pentingnya pendidikan bermutu dan berkualitas di tengah-tengah keterpurukan dunia pendidikan saat ini. Berikut sekilas tentang empat cabang pertama Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) Insantama di empat kota.
Serang, Cabang Pertama SDIT Insantama
Serang, sebagai ibukota propinsi Banten yang pertama kali mengajukan diri sebagai cabang pembuka pada tahun 2006. Berdirinya Cabang SDIT Insantama Serang diawali dengan menyewa dua ruang kelas untuk tempat belajar dan kantor berbagi kelas dengan sekolah kejuruan (SMK) yang lebih dulu ada.
Di tahun kedua karena melihat perkembangan jumlah siswa yang bertambah banyak, maka pihak pemilik tidak melanjutkan kerjasama dan meminta pihak Insantama untuk mencari tempat baru.
Pada saat yang terjepit dan kondisi keuangan yang serba minim, akhirnya pertolongan Allah SWT datang dengan dberikannya kesempatan Insantama serang untuk menyewa lahan dan membangun bangunan di atasnya untuk kelas dalam waktu tertentu. Di lahan inilah akhirnya Insantama Serang berhasil mengembangkan sayap dan berhasil membeli lahan yang ada di sebelahnya sehingga kini sudah berdiri bangunan permanen gedung Insantama Serang.
Sampai dengan saat ini, SDIT Insantama serang sudah meluluskan  tiga angkatan. Sedangkan jumlah total siswa pada tahun ajaran 2014-2015 sekitar 250 anak.[]
Banjar, Cabang Terbaik
Setahun berikutnya, Kota Banjar Ciamis Jawa Barat yang sedang mempersiapkan diri sebagai kotamadya lepas dari wilayah Kabupaten Ciamis melamar untuk menjadi cabang kedua tahun 2007. Banjar adalah kota di ujung perbatasan Jawa Barat dan Jawa Tengah yang sedang mengalami masa pembangunan sangat pesat.
Cabang Banjar Ciamis merupakan cabang yang pertama memiliki bangunan permanen di lahan sendiri. Di tahun pertama, cabang Banjar langsung membuka dua kelas paralel kelas 1 dan kelas 2, sehingga secara kelulusan lulusan pertama cabang Insantama Serang bersamaan dengan lulusan dari cabang Insantama Banjar.
Pada tahun 2013 cabang Banjar membuka cabang baru untuk SMP sehinga berdirilah SMPIT Insantama Cabang Banjar. Cabang Banjar termasuk cabang yang memiliki predikat Cabang Terbaik hasil SILAKNAS cabang tahun 2014. Saat ini cabang Banjar memiliki peserta didik 237 siswa dengan 26 staf pengajar dan pegawai.[]
Banjarbaru dan Bekasi, Cabang Ke-3 dan Ke-4
Di tahun berikutnya berturut-turut Banjarbaru Banjarmasin-Kalimantan Selatan dan Bekasi Jawa Barat menjadi cabang ke-3 dan ke-4. Cabang Banjar baru Kalimantan Selatan hingga saat ini telah memiliki lebih dari 250 siswa SDIT dan lebih dari 80 siswa SMPIT.  Cabang Banjarbaru termasuk cabang yang paling pesat perkembangan siswa dan perkembangan bangunan.
Pada tahun 2011, cabang Banjarbaru membuka cabang baru SMPIT Insantama cabang Banjarbaru dan pada tahun 2014 bulan Juni kemarin berhasil meluluskan angkatan pertama dan berhasil lulus dengan memuaskan.[]
